Sell a Salvage car in Canada

What is a Salvage Car?

What does a Salvage Cars mean exactly? A salvage car is the one that goes beyond commercial repairs due to a natural disaster, collision, trespass, or other occurrence as determined by a licensing authority or a licensed insurance provider.  If an insurance company decides to repair and try to re-sell a totaled car, they will issue a “salvage title.” This title makes it clear that the vehicle has had significant damage in the past. This type of vehicle receives a salvage brand or status.

Can I clear the title of my salvage car?

A clear title is issued once a salvage vehicle has been repaired and has passed the state’s inspection. In other words, the owner is able to operate such a vehicle on streets once a salvage title is cleared. Also, the clear title usually has a note stating that the vehicle has been rebuilt or reconstructed. Whereas a clean title is given to a vehicle that has been in any accident, or if there was an accident, the damage was repairable. Note that a clean title does not guarantee that the car has never been involved in an accident or if it has, that the damages are not extensive.

Why my car has a junk title?

Junk title will be given to your car when the damage reaches 75%, and the car is not drivable. The damage threshold varies state-by-state, but as an average its 75%. When the vehicle remains not roadworthy, most states indicate that with this title.

What to do with a salvage car in Canada?

Due to the damage extent, the car can’t be driven on the road and the vehicle owner has irreversibly designated the vehicle as a source of parts or scrap.  These types of damaged vehicles are dismantled. These salvage vehicles then are imported to Canada as parts only. USA and Canada have a very interesting automotive economies, so many new and used cars cross the border between the two countries daily. There are different ways you ship vehicles from the US to Canada such as by air or by road. When shipping your car, you should be very vigilant about shipping company competence by clearing both customs. The car carrier is the least expensive option available.

Not surprisingly, Canada has the largest automotive market outside of the United States in North America. In Canada, when the car goes salvage, it has two options, either the vehicle will be repaired or sold as parts only. If the car is rebuilt, it has to pass a basic safety inspection according to provincial laws before the vehicle agency issues a new title for the repaired one. When it does, its branded “Salvaged Car” so future owners are aware that the car has been salvaged or rebuilt.

When you want to get rid of your car because it’s salvaged, contact Cash for Cars for a no-obligation quote. We almost always offer more than a junk yard would or an auction.

Ontario EV Rebate + Other Advantages of Electric Car Ownership

Since their first inception, electric cars have overcome an incredible level of obstacles, and they have blossomed in popularity. You may be wondering what are some of the reasons that you should buy an electric car and what reasons should you buy one of the more traditional vehicles? Let’s paint a realistic picture of how electric cars work, reasons to buy or not to buy an electric car.

The Positives of Electric Car Ownership

1. No Gasoline to Purchase

As a Canadian, you can expect to pay around 112.9¢ per gallon of gasoline in the Toronto GMA. Compared to plugging in your electric car at the end of the day and letting it charge, you pay one-third the price for charging an electric vehicle because electricity costs much less than gasoline. Since you will most likely spend time charging the car in the garage, you can save extra money if you were to install solar panels in the home.

2. Electric Cars Operate Quietly

Turn the ignition to a traditional car and turn the ignition to an electric car, and you will see a world of difference between the two in terms of noise. Electric cars do away with engine noise almost entirely. You may hear a high-pitched noise from the motor, but the sound doesn’t travel as far, which could make city streets much quieter in the future. In addition, they don’t have as much drag as a regular vehicle, and you lower the winding passage sounds when at higher speeds. This advantage, however, could grow less as manufacturers make batteries cheaper.

3. Ontario EV Tax Rebate

Want to know another advantage of buying an electric vehicle? The Canadian government wants you to go green because it will take care of the environment. Electric cars don’t have as negative of an impact on the environment, nor do they emit as much for greenhouse gases. An electric car doesn’t have the exhaust pipe that traditional cars have, and this means that it leads to zero build-ups and no pollution. As a result, the government is willing to give anyone who buys an electric vehicle tax credit of $7,500. This tax credit depends on the make and model of the vehicle. In addition, you must pay close attention to the fine print and ask your tax professional any questions that you might have.

4. Shorten Your Ride to Work

Anyone who has ever looked enviously at the carpool lane treasures the thought of being able to use it any time they want. When you own an electric vehicle, whether you have someone with or you’re riding solo, you have a right to use the carpool lane, also known as the HOV lane. Let’s say that you live in an area with a heart-pounding level of traffic. You can save hours on your commute to work overtime. Not to mention, it lowers how much stress you feel on the way home.

5. Less Maintenance Cost

Have you ever had to drive your car into the repair shop? If so, you understand how this can potentially cost you thousands of dollars. You want to lower how much this happens as much as possible. Electric cars have become your godsend. Because these cars operate on electricity, you don’t need oil to lubricate the internal parts. In fact, you don’t need anything related to the internal combustion engine. In addition, the brakes on electric cars last longer than what they do with traditional vehicles. They don’t wear out as quickly as with a conventional car because these cars use their friction brakes less aggressively. Also, when you use your brakes, it goes back into the vehicle to charge the battery.

6. Safer, Less Chance of Vehicle Explosion

When looking at the electric car’s pros and cons, an electric car has to pass the same safety standards as what a regular car must pass. Let’s say that an accident was to occur, with an electric car the electricity supply gets cut from the battery in the event of an accident. This keeps you and other passengers from having a serious injury.

The Negatives of Electric Car Ownership

1. Limited Driving Range

Looking at the electric car’s pros and cons, one of the first things that anyone will critique comes down to the range. There’s no way of getting around it. Electric cars have a much shorter range in comparison to their gas-guzzling counterparts. In the past, this problem was even worse where you could only go between 60 to 100 miles before running out of fuel. Nowadays, thanks to revolutionary advances from EV companies like Tesla, you can get a little more mileage from between 150 to 200 miles on average before you have to charge it again.

2. High Cost to Purchase an Electric Car

Some advancements have been made to make electric cars slightly more affordable, but you will still find that these cars come at a hefty cost. Even at the more affordable level, you can expect to pay anywhere from $30,000 to $40,000, and they can run as much as $80,000. Technology has been advancing rapidly, however, and we could soon see these cars for $10,000 to $50,000.

3. Lack of Public Charging Stations

Probably one of the other biggest problems comes from the lack of infrastructure to charge your vehicle. If you live in an area where electric vehicles are more common, you may be able to find more charging stations, but we advise you not to leave the main road. If you need to charge up in these scenarios, you could be in trouble. As the popularity of these cars continues to grow, we’re seeing an increase in the infrastructure for charging stations.

4. Recharging Electric Cars Take Too Long

Another one of the deal-breakers that critics have loved to point out about electric cars comes from the fact that they take so long to charge up. With fuel-powered engines, you fill up your tank with gas and take off. You don’t get that same level of convenience with an electric vehicle. The average electric vehicle will take around four hours to reach a full charge, but you have other electric cars that have taken as much as 20 hours to get a full charge. The advantage is that you do have kits that can cut the charging time in half. However, fast charging stations have also helped to make it much faster than ever before.

5. Unable to Fit Your Entire Family

When you look at most electric cars, they only come with two seats. This has proven one of the biggest disadvantages of going with an electric car because they cost a lot, and you won’t fit your whole family in it after paying that price.

Is It Worth Buying An Electric Car?

How do electric cars work? Rather than using a fuel combustion engine, electric cars take advantage of an electric motor. It uses a large battery pack to make the engine go. In general, you have to decide for yourself if buying an electric car makes sense. If you’re a single bachelor, it might be a great choice, but you also have the other side where if you have a family, it may not make sense. We’ve also seen an introduction of electric SUVs in recent years, and this technology will likely continue to grow with time. Maybe you’d like to get rid of your old car. Great Simple & Effective Driver Tips

Driving and earning with Uber is a great way to make extra cash on the side, or if you’re serious, you can make a living doing it full-time. Here’s how.

  1. Start driving early – You know the saying ‘’Early bird catches the worm’’? Well, this statement couldn’t be more true here. Driving in the early mornings around 4 is money time. It allows you to still get the late nighters at bars, etc and all also catch the early risers for workouts, work, errands, etc. You kill two birds with one stone. Doing this method will drastically increase your earnings.
  2. Stop chasing surge – Chasing surge simply means chasing the hot zones at hot times named surge. It’s not a trap, however it’s inconsistent. Be consistent in your time logged. Trust me, the trips add up at the end. Chasing surge get’s nowhere but lucky.
  3. Be on time and don’t cancel trips – Regardless of what they say, that plays a factor into how many rides you receive. They want drivers to be dependable and trustworthy. Plus your riders may rate you negatively if you do those things, and that immediately impacts your receive rate.
  4. Stay in populated areas – Sounds simple enough, right? Well, that depends. Most people drop someone off and then remain in that deserted area wondering why they aren’t getting any requests. Uber is helpful enough to show you and alert you when your in populated areas. Stay there.

Now most drivers when they are first starting off (Including myself) keep the app open at all times. You can do this if you like. However taking a rest, maybe for lunch or dinner, helps you physically feel refreshed and able to tackle more hours. It’s equivalent to how a power nap impacts your day. It makes for a totally different day.

Never overdo yourself in your approach to trying to meet a goal. Do what you can. The optimal start is early morning (As mentioned above) due to it typically being the time of day you feel most refreshed and energized. I mean hopefully you did just sleep 8 hours. Being physically and mentally ready for the day can almost naturally double your earnings.

These uber driving tips will come in handy in those moments when you feel like giving up.

Tactics to Maximize Your Uber Earning Potential | Money with Uber

  1. Put a exit ‘’I do accept tips’’ sign on the back of the seat – Yes, this will look completely natural. No need to worry about it being too much. Many people do this often. Make it a friendly message. It allows riders to be reminded of a good act they can perform. And of course, tips add up.
  2. Add ‘’Extras’’. Having items such as water bottles, mints, gum, etc in the backseat compartments. It adds a sense of luxury and the above and beyond act goes a long way with people.

Tips on how to be a good driver

Whether you are small or big, you have to be aware of your surroundings and who gets inside of your vehicle. Quickly observe what they have with them, their personas, their placement and then make your best judgement from there on out. Let’s take safety out of it, you have to know when and when not to strike up a conversation with the passenger by their body language.

  1. Enters with phone, stays on phoneNo talking. They are typically shy or upset. One of the two. Maybe both. These are the ones who usually book medium length trips and just want to get to their destination. Don’t poke a bear. Some will respond and lighten up, but most will get irritated and ignore you. Then comes the rating problem…
  2. Keep something in the front seat – Most will see this and go towards the back. You typically don’t want people you don’t know sitting right next to you, and more times than not they feel the same.
  3. No suspect turns – Go by the script of GPS and allow the rider to feel safe. No back alleys, backstreets etc.

How much can I really make?

Before we begin, I hope you aren’t one of those people that consider it ”uber money”. It’s your money. Yes, you earn your money with uber but it’s your business. There is almost an endless earning potential in this service. You simply have to be dedicated and have goals. Let’s do the math. Per day, if you begin around 5 every morning and end after rush hour, in a small market such as Indiana you can easily make around 150-200 per day. Compared to maybe $300-400 in New York or Los Angeles. Different places, different ways to earn money with uber

I know what you’re thinking, ‘’Why doesn’t everyone do this?’’ The only way to explain how this is done is simply going out there and doing it.

Also, it’s not like a normal 8-5 job. Speaking from experience, It’s twice as tiring mentally. Staring at the road for hours in that sitting position has a much different physical effect than say an office job. Money is great, yes. Work on your terms, check. Stop when you want to, true. However the fatigue aspect is something people on the outside looking in forget to put in play. Also, you may earn $200 that day, however you may also put in $75-100 worth of gas also. I would suggest not using your brand new vehicle. I’d suggest using a solid 05-09 car that’s sturdy to run your miles up with.

Driving for Uber as you can tell has its ups and downs. In fairness, it’s more ups. You can’t really complain about a free job and you’re your own boss. So take the losses lightly.

Does My Car Qualify for Uber? Clipboard

This question may turn a few heads because Uber is starting to become a bit particular in who they let drive for them. The qualifications are tougher and the wait time is slightly longer. Reasoning behind it is simply because Uber wants the best experience for the rider and to eliminate any possible travel car risks in terms of vehicle maintenance and security threats. Qualifying for Uber isn’t necessarily just about the year of the car anymore. Since 2017, Uber’s focus is now on safety, appearance and security.

Safety – Every Uber on the road needs to be road safe and not risking breaking down at any moment. Sure accidents happen, but they want to minimize that as best as they can.

Appearance – Without sounding rude, not every car is a car someone wants to ride in, and Uber knows it. Keeping your car clean, buffered, vacuumed and accident free will get your foot in the door with Uber. No question.

Security – This is the main concern before getting approved to drive. In simple terms, they have to make sure you aren’t some sort of killer, robber, thief, etc. through their background checks. They have to ensure that you aren’t legally blind, deaf and that you know how to drive safely by taking a look at your current driving record. So if you recently hit that one bumper, it may take you a little longer to get approved. If you do at all.

To ensure your car is qualified, here is an official script from Uber stating their requirements.

  • Vehicle must either be a 4 door car, truck or van.
  • You must be 21 years or older (23 Depending on city)
  • Person driving must be the name on the insurance
  • Must pass background check
  • Minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
  • Vehicle must pass inspection
  • Driver must have a clean driving record

If your vehicle and yourself can relate to all of these SIMPLE requirements, then you are well on your way to being your own boss. Uber has unlimited potential in terms of earnings. However, it’s difficult to be consistent in the driving game.

Stay focused, zero in on your goal, and knock it out daily. Taking it one trip at a time really works. These tips will help you make money with uber the easy way without the hassle. Whether it’s Uber or uber eats you’ll always know easy ways on how to make money and earning money with uber is as easy as it gets.

Self Driving Cars – The Future of Automobiles

Pros and Cons of Self Driving Cars

It’s been rumored about, officially talked about, questioned, doubted, and now…. Arrived.

After years and years of discussion & planning, production has now began. What was at first an impossible idea, just may have turned into the future’s brightest star. However, our problem is that the moment we see or hear ‘’Self Driving Cars’’ we automatically think hands free going 80 mph on the highway drinking a latte and reading a good book.

Stop.

Because you’re terribly wrong…. By a long shot!

Yes it can drive itself and steer. However, it still requires your undivided attention at all times. Anything can happen, and if you aren’t ready to intervene, worse things can occur. This is something to think about especially with the earlier models and builds.

Self Driving Car

How Do Self Driving Cars Work?

Typically most self driving cars use sensors that transmit messages to the rest of the vehicle. It is equipped with surrounding locators that identify any type of moving object within distance of the vehicle.

They are also equipped with self accelerators and motion steering. These self driving cars may be the start of something revolutionary. But don’t jump the gun yet. Before you go taking that power nap going 75 mph with your hands behind your head, let’s go over a few pros and cons of purchasing self drive-able cars.

Pros of Purchasing a Self Driving Car

  • It’s less taxing on the mind. – This is a huge factor when it comes to driving long periods and driving any time all together. Having to focus on the road for hours is not a natural thing for us, and incredibly taxing on our mental state.

  • Smarter Drivers IQ – This is not a knock on humans. Consider it praise for robot’s and CPU’s. This installment helps when it comes down to split second decisions and timing. Studies show this installment may assist very well with the reduction of deaths per year by crashes (30,000 on average)

  • Lower fuel consumption and increased MPG. – Believe it or not, all of those extra stop and resumes throughout your drive decreases your efficiency in terms of MPG. While using the self driving feature, over time it properly uses the acceleration and brake units to make for a smoother and more efficient drive.

  • More people have the option to drive again – Most of us know what it’s like to have to drive an elder around or to have to take the keys away from them when that time comes. No longer will you need to do either. As long as there isn’t a emergency physical condition, people can now drive regardless of their age with no assistance needed.

Cons of Purchasing a Self Driving Car

  • Cost & Repairs – The price for purchasing isn’t just the price tag in the beginning (Which is very high), it’s the maintenance cost. You can’t take this car to your regular Jim mechanic. This form of transportation requires specific attention to detail and tools.

  • Accidents – Yes the self driving cars are supposed to help prevent accidents and bring down death rates due to the improved driver IQ and sensors surrounding the vehicles. However that can almost bring about too much improvement. Too much? Yes. Usually whenever you get into an accident you immediately know who’s fault it was.

Now, the blame can go many ways. Maybe the software failed at the time of reaction, possibly the sensors weren’t fast enough, etc. So if you crash into someone and you’re the only one with a self driving car, chances are you will have to take the blame for this one.

  • Quality of actual drivers dips – The same way that this world has been gifted with great products that limit how much work we actually do for ourselves (Echo, Uber, Siri, Robot cleaners), it has also diminished our ability to fend for ourselves. Therefore generations after ours will be much more dependent on these machines rather than their actual intellect. This is the same situation with the self driving car.

It’s and awesome thing to see and use, however over time it may have negative effects if not tied in with a balanced factor. Future drivers may not be able to understand how to react in certain situations if they are solely dependent on something else doing it all for them.

  • Possible loss of privacy – With all of the new technology installments, something has to go, right? Correct. It is not certain that it will be, but it very well could be your privacy as the new installments might take away from the hardware and coverage of a normal vehicle.

Now that we have gone over the positives and negatives of purchasing a self driving car, I hope you have a clear understanding of the potential pros and cons of self-driving vehicles. This is not a small purchase. In fact, the prices are claimed to range from $100-300k dollars.  Yep, not your average Toyota Camry purchase from your local car lot. With that price comes many demands the car needs, as well as what you expect to get out of it. However, as stated in the beginning, don’t think you can just take a nap or watch that new movie while going 80 mph.

You must be attentive and focused throughout the drive. Anything can fail, and if you aren’t ready to adjust, well there goes that bank account and worst case scenario, serious injury. Safety is always number one when it comes down to making any decision of this magnitude.

Check out this great video explaining the difficulty of the cars & and when to expect official releases.

Here’s a Quick Tip | Pros & Cons of Self Driving Cars

If you go and make this decision, regardless of the amount of money you have, I would suggest not making this your everyday driver until more and more people have tested the product and updates have come out through the software. Yes, still use it of course. I just wouldn’t run up too many miles on it until further safety features are introduced.

LifeHack stated it like this; ‘’While self-driving cars present many incredible advances for consumers, the safety requirements are particularly complicated and may present significant challenges to these cars.’’

Also, something that you need to remember:

Since these vehicles are autonomous, they think for themselves and try to make the right decision in a split second if needed. Meaning, if there is an elderly person walking in the way and there is no other way out,  if the car is going too fast and can’t stop in time, it will make the decision to swerve into the car or wall beside you. Even though that may be the right decision, it still brings up safety questions.

In the coming years, with persistent updates and improved safety features, look for this to overtake the driving world. What was once a thought, turned into the drawing board, turned into material, turned into controversy and doubt, then morphed into the future of driving and excellence.

Regardless of what anyone says about the issues it may have or errors, they can never say that they gave up. Because they were strong through adversity and are borderline on the brink of something monumental.

To put all of this into perspective, everything that changed the worlds living experience, began with a thought that eventually came to life. Airplanes – Before it was invented, if you talked about flying, generally everyone’s response would be, ‘’Are you silly?’’. Now it’s today’s most conventional source of long travel. Cars – You might not even realize it because they are so common now, however they were not awhile back. Thanks to a brilliant mind, we now have a stable and reliable way of transportation.

Summary

Many things have been said in this article about the positives and negatives of purchasing a self driving car, however regardless of your decision, stay safe. At the end of the day, nothing matters more than your health and well being.

In 2019-2020 we are beginning to hear many things rumored about and those that have begun production. With that production comes natural tweaks that will be added later, so make sure to stay up to date and never rush into a purchase!

  • Have a 4 door vehicle
  • Pass a vehicle inspection
  • Have your vehicle registration and insurance
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Provide proof of work eligibility
  • Pass a background screening

Once you begin driving, the income you make depends on how many trips you make. The amount you make is based on the distance you drive and how long it takes to complete a trip. The more trips you make, the more money you make.

2. Make Money Renting Out Your Car

A new and improved alternative to car rentals has arrived. Now, instead of renting a car from a car rental company, you can rent out a strangers car. Think Airbnb for cars.

So if you have a decent car that sits in your garage every weekend, why not rent it out and start making money off it with Turo? It’s easy to sign up. All you have to do is provide information about your car such as year, make, model, and location. Based on that and the current market value, Turo will automatically set a recommended rental price for your car.

Once someone has rented your car they will either pick it up from your location or you can schedule a meeting time and place. For example, a popular meeting place is at the airport. Once the renter is done with your vehicle they meet up with you to drop off the car.

You’ll paid 65% to 85% of the trip price via direct deposit within 5 days, depending on the vehicle protection package you choose.

Turo also provides $1 million in liability insurance, so you know you’re protected against car damage and theft. All renters are also screened before being approved to rent your car to give you peace of mind. All you have to do is watch the cash come in while other people drive your car. How much easier could it get?

3. Be A Delivery Driver

We live in a world now where you can have just about anything delivered. Food, groceries, packages, you name it. But what do these services need to work? Drivers! There are many opportunities to make some quick cash for the holidays by delivering items.

Services such as UberEats, Favor, and Foodora all allow you to deliver food on your own time and as often as you wish. You can deliver after work or on the weekends, making it easy to make money during the holidays.

Just as the taxi and rideshare services, you have to meet a few requirements. They vary by each servicer, but the main ones are…

  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Have a reliable vehicle
  • Provide proof of insurance and registration

Once you have met the requirements and start your deliveries, your income fluctuates based on how many deliveries you make, the time you deliver, and the location in which you deliver. It’s typical to make more money during peak delivery times, such as between 6pm and 9pm. It also helps when you deliver in heavily populated areas. On average you would expect to make anywhere between $10-$20 an hour.

4. Sell Your Car For Cash

So do people actually make decent money using these apps? Like any other job, it depends on how many hours you put in. For each of these jobs, the more deliveries you make or rides you give, the more money you make.

However, you also have to consider a few different factors that you don’t with your usual 9 to 5 job. Driving your car for work requires gas and the occasional maintenance. You’ll most likely have to work enough to compensate for those factors before you start making money.

Car Recycling: What You Need To Know

Every car reaches an end to their life, whether it be of old age, a car wreck, or engine failure. When your car reaches that point, what do you do with it? You could sell it, but you may have a hard time doing so if it doesn’t run. You could let it sit in your driveway for years to come while whatever value it does have depreciates even more.

Here’s a better option… recycle your old car. If you’ve never considered car recycling before, here’s what you need to know:

The Basics of Car Recycling

Car recycling is a huge industry, being the 16th largest in the US. With 95% of retired passenger vehicles being processed for recycling every year, the automotive recycling industry sees $32 billion in sales per year.

Over 80% of a car can be recycled for the manufacturing of new cars or other consumer products. Parts such as transmissions, engines, alternators, doors, batteries, and bumpers can be reused in other vehicles. Tires and plastics from a car can be recycled into other consumer products, such as tile flooring or more tires.

The other 20% of a vehicle that cannot be recycled is called auto shredder residue, or ASR, which includes metal pieces, dirt, glass, fabric, paper, wood, plastic, and rubber. ASR is disposed of in landfills, resulting in 5 million tons of waste every year. There are efforts underway to reduce the amount of waste, such as California’s new regulations for disposing of ASR.

How It Works

The process of car recycling has procedures in place to reduce the environmental impact and to get the most out of recycled cars.

  • Depollution

This is the first step in the car recycling process where all hazardous fluids and materials are properly drained and disposed of. Fluids such as antifreeze, freon, lead and mercury are hazardous wastes that are safely disposed of. Other fluids such as battery fluid, oil, transmission fluid, and engine coolant are either disposed of, kept as fuel for recycling yards, or resold if it’s of good quality.

  • Dismantling

After depollution, the car is dismantled to save parts that can be used in the manufacturing of other cars. Parts like tires, glass, even headlights can be reused, and the most reused parts are engines, transmissions, and doors.

  • Destruction

Once the cars have been depolluted and scrapped for parts, the car goes through the final phase of destruction. In this phase materials such as metal, steel, and upholstery are separated in the shredding process to produce other products. For example, steel is melted and formed into rebar, the steel bars used in the construction of buildings and roadways.

Environmental Impact of Car Recycling

Automobiles are the most recycled consumer product in the world, and it’s shown in the impact it has on the environment. Car recycling could be considered a sustainability need in that if cars were not recycled, society would not be sustainable 40 to 50 years from now.

Car recycling is a circular economy in that cars are manufactured, used, and recycled. The production of new materials is cut down significantly, which reduces air pollution and saves energy. For instance, recycling steel uses 75% less energy than producing new steel, and recycling aluminum uses 95% less energy than producing it.

It also reduces the carbon footprint significantly. A carbon footprint study by the Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) found that when 165,000 cars are recycled, 2.2 million tons of CO2 is saved. To put that into perspective, around 12 million cars are recycled per year in the U.S.

Do You Get Paid To Recycle Your Car?

Yes! We can pay you cash for your junk car. If you have a car that has reached the end of its life, CashForCars Canada will buy it from you. We buy used cars, running or not and will even tow your junk car for free. Our easy, three step process makes it easier than ever to sell your junk car and receive cash in as little as 24 hours.
